  1月31日，中国人民解放军南部战区组织海空兵力位中国黄岩岛领海领空及周边海空域开展战备警巡。黄岩岛是中国固有领土。1月份以来，战区部队海空兵力持续加强黄岩岛领海周边海空域巡逻警戒，坚决回击域内个别国家侵权挑衅行径，坚决捍卫国家主权安全，坚定维护南海地区和平稳定。

  On January 31, the naval and air forces dispatched by the PLA Southern Theater Command conducted combat readiness patrols in the territorial sea and airspace of China’s Huangyan Dao and its surrounding areas. Huangyan Dao is an inherent part of China’s territory. Since the beginning of January, the naval and air forces of the Southern Theater Command have stepped up combat readiness patrols in the territorial sea and airspace of China’s Huangyan Dao and its surrounding areas, resolutely countering the infringement and provocations of individual countries within the region, to resolutely safeguard national territorial sovereignty, and firmly uphold peace and stability in the South China Sea.
