中国脉搏 | 渐进式延迟法定退休年龄,配套措施如何跟上?

　　9月24日，国务院新闻办公室举行高质量发展系列主题新闻发布会。会上，人力资源和社会保障部副部长李忠表示，9月13日，十四届全国人大常委会第十一次会议审议通过《关于实施渐进式延迟法定退休年龄的决定》，明确了改革的目标原则、主要任务和保障措施。从现在到明年1月1日改革实施的3个月时间，人社部将会同有关部门，认真落实党中央、国务院决策部署，强化系统思维，把握改革重点，稳妥有序做好改革实施的各项准备工作。

　　与之前的“一刀切”政策相比，改革后的退休政策基于当前的人口结构，兼顾改善后的医疗和生活条件，更显灵活。提高法定退休年龄可以缓解中国劳动年龄人口下降的趋势，保持经济增长和社会发展的活力。

　　A #WeChat mini-program nearly broke the internet in China upon its release on September 13. Chinese people flocked to the service offered by China’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social security seeking to calculate their retirement age after the country’s top legislative body announced that the country would gradually raise the statutory retirement age starting Jan. 1, 2025, marking the first change to the policy since the 1950s.

　　China’s current retirement age is among the world’s lowest for major economies. The reformed retirement policy is more flexible compared with the previous “one-size-fits-all” approach because the adjustment is based on the current population structure and improving healthcare and living conditions.
